 Post subject: Head Light rewiring

I purchased a original head light to automotive head light conversion kit.

The auto head light has three connections. Two spade connectors on each side and one centered above them.

The original wiring is a black with yellow stripe on left red with yellow stripe top center and red with black stripe on right side.

What is the correct connection to the auto head light?
