Are the 16090-002 and the 16088-002 O-rings a standard size? If so what size?

I tried to find it myself, must not have looked in the right places.

Thanks!

The parts pic not clear Joe - but I just looked at my spare and the bottom/shaft side looks square not rounded top/bottom like a typical o-ring. And I've never taken the shaft out either. Only thing I've ever done is the SB upgrade on the end-cap.

They probably are a standard size, but the problem is measuring them. (Unless there is somewhere that tells you the size that i dont know about?) I regularly go to our specialist seal dealer and they literally have thousands of O-Ring sizes. Ive done my oil pump and in this case i thought it was too critical too measure and guess so i went OEM. Kawa had every seal available except one (end cap i think) cost a bit more, but piece of mind is worth it. Maybe the square section one Barry is talking about is the one kawa couldnt supply. Because i replaced all the rubber in the pump and everything was round except the V-ring. Funny thing though, The V-ring 16089-001 was apparently superseeded with another (dont know part part number) So i just put it in. And it was very tight, so tight in fact that the shaft doesnt allways return to end position! But it does when engine is warm and vibrating. But it was a bit of a worry because it could cause the cable to come off the lever! which would be disasterous. So i tie wired the cable end to the lever and just kept an eye on it for a while. All good. And its probably loosened up a bit now. No leaks
