What are the grounding wires that are bolted to the crossmember either side of the spark plug holder bracket?
Looks like there is 2 each side.
I know one on the RHS is from the regulator and one on the LHS from Battery Neg.....what are the others Thanks

Toolkit band is incorrect....according to three 1975 Magazine artilcles for 1975 H2C I have just seen. They show one metal loop angled and larger than the other side at the forward end.
But you have a NOS one so you should know, perhaps they used both types.

Absolutely correct, there is a N.O.S. inside the tool bag, that particular strap is notorious for deteriorating within a few years so I fitted a acceptable one and the real deal goes along . . ;)

Ok Thanks for that, didn't know about the earth to bullet type into loom.....will check that out.
Of course you have the right band...should have known LOL!!!
