On my S3 I stripped all the wiring out of the housings. I then had the housings powdered coated with satin black. The colors were restored with lacquer sticks in red, white, and yellow as required.

That is GREAT work!, . . . . However, the switch markings are incorrect for your bike (or any model) - If yours is an S3 (U.S. Spec) Then I can assure you that :
Kill switch writing is ALL Red
The "P.O." IS not painted in at all on the U.S. bikes
The Turn signal arrows should be White
The "Pa" is also not painted in as the pass light feature wasn't used on U.S. models
Switch colour markings were same throughout the models each year, so S1b, S3, H1e, H2b would all be same colours, S1c, S3a, H1f, H2c all changed again R.B. - I would not want to debate the correct colors for any model triple. Looking back at my photos I noticed that most lettering was faded white. I looked at other controls and some repro items for color ideas. I just did what I thought would be reasonable.
As RODH2 said - I like the lettering better this way.
