Well just emptied the Evaporust out of the tank pretty happy with the result apart from the tunnel of the tank just under the filler cap still has surface rust.
Think that it was not exposed to the liquid. Even though I turned it regularly I suspect there wasn't enough liquid in there. Might have to get another one to make sure this part is covered.

Just finished 2 tanks with great results, used 2 gallons and left it 24 hours in several positions to reach all interior surfaces, took 5 days.

If there is some heavy rust and scale, you can put a handful of nuts and bolts in the tank and shake 'em all about every time you do the rotate.

i hear a heavy chain works well with the bonus of being easy to fish out when done.

Just got a second gallon of Evaporust to get in there, the middle tunnel is covered nicely now...that should sort it.
Had pretty heavy rust which the previous owner coated with kreem. Evaporust got through all that but there was some dark grey staining. Will try the nut and bolt trick for good measure.

Evapo Rust with all I read I thought was the end all answer to rust , but not the case I dipped one of the fork tins in Evapo Rust set timer 15 minutes and the tin came out the same as it went in :o , I also have Prep and Etch I put the same tin in there for 15 minutes took it out and wow rust all gone and relatively shinny :D

Every inch of my H1 is corroded I don't see Evapo Rust doing much Prep and Etch beats Evapo Rust big time.

Patience, grasshopper, Evaporust is not going to work in 15 minutes! :o It is an overnight proposition - in fact, the longer the better. It works very well, as advertised............!
