Hi, need help determining what to do with piston bore dimensions, cyl 1 measured 2.3605,cyl 2 ,2.3607, cyl 3, 2.3605 bore dim are 2.3644. Is a next size bore and piston recommended?
Also looking for quality complete engine gasket/seal kit, any recommendations?
Thanks
Mike

Check the chart in the resource site where it shows piston and cylinder sizes and service limits, but your 0.004" clearance sounds like they have a long way to go before they need anything. The service limit for the cylinder alone allows for 0.006 wear.

How did you measure the clearance? It's not just clearance, there is also ovaling.

So true, borrowed a gauge and tried to follow procedure in manual, quickly realizing I'm over my head with this and will leave it to a pro.Putting too much coin in this thing for a rookie mistake to cause problems.
