Pulling the cylinders of the pistons the skirt broke off the right cylinder assembly. I'm totally stuck with the bike now.

Can anyone make some recommendations on how to fix this situation.
Been scouring the internet for a new or used part to no avail.

Any way to fix this? I can post pictures if that will help.

As a last resort you may look into LA Sleeve. I'm not sure how your cylinder is constructed but they may be able to help.

Check ebay, is it a 250 or 350.

The Avenger is the 350 (A7/A7SS), Samurai is the 250 (A1/A1SS)

I've seen NOS cylinders come up on eBay ;)

11005-059 is the part number for the right hand cylinder.

I'll check..... I think all I have left are for the Big Horn and Trail Boss, possibly one side for the Samuarai

Good luck, they are out there, the series has a following.

Johnny, I've just P.M.ed you a phone number of a friend who has several cylinders for sale, both for A1 and the A7. Here in S. Florida... He's a great guy. The price will be nice and he won't screw you over. ZERO
