Fresh off the production line  I rarely manage to find the time to do full restorations myself nowadays, but I wanted to build something as near to perfect as you could get, a lot of hours and painstaking effort went into One of these bikes . . . please fell free to criticise - you won't offend me

Lovely bikes! I haven't actually compared...but do the shocks on the purple bike (US spec) have one coil less than OEM? The repops always look more stretched out to me..
Do you have shots of the gauges and dashboard?

Shocks on U.S. Bike are aftermarket - U.K. bike has original rebuilt ;)

Yep, all late '74 bikes and every '75 bike SHOULD have the yellow marks on any safety item, however, every once in a while a dealer (or rather, the mechanic) failed to put them on when they had assembled and checked them from the crate though
