When I ordered my PBI rear sprocket, it was just under their limit for free shipping. The customer service guy happily gave me a coupon code and I got the free shipping anyway. He was very different from their tech support guy I called to ask if he could supply a 16t front sprocket. That guy made a big deal out of saying he'd have to check every sprocket in his list and match one up (BS of course) and would call me back. He never did, and I got a JT front sprocket from Powersports Superstore for $16.76 delivered.

The slots in my 44t PBI are too small for a hammer handle. :P

Thanks a ton, Richard. I appreciate your comments. You guys have been a great help to me.

Stock or not? Good question. I am going to keep things stock for now. If/When the crank needs attention I might consider porting and reeds along with bottom end. I have fingers crossed and hope to just ride it for now. If I wanted a really fast triple I would have gotten a 750. :D

I actually enjoy sorting the bugs out of the bike as much as I enjoy building it. I am overhauling the charging system now and should have it back out for more road testing next week.
