Need inside picture of right side handlebar control. Related to the kill switch, Pretty sure mine is wired wrong, solder?, missing apart ?

From my 75 H2C that I'm guessing is the same as your 74 H2B. Based on these images, I think your PO
messed up your wiring big time. :think: Nothing connects to that 2nd screw where yours had the BLK/W
wire going to. The wire connects somewhere underneath that plate (sorry, I didn't disassemble my control
beyond this).
