What size are the Al crush washers on the oil pump lines? (at the check valves) I'm placing a McMaster-Carr order and they have 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 18, 22 in packs of 50, 25 or 10 depending on size. I'm thinking 10/12 or 12/16? I can check when I get home but I'd like to place the order in time to ship today. BTW, I'm ordering 100 each of the "push" nuts (for side cover badges) in 4mm and 5mm so if anyone needs some let me know, I'll have plenty of spares!

Kawasaki lists the I.D. for the top washers as 10.5mm, and the I.D. for the bottom washers as 8.5mm. (H2 parts list). |

Thanks Rod, I just measured the bolt and got a hair under 8 & 10 so I think we have a winner! I'll be ordering 8mm & 10mm Al crush washers tomorrow, that should last me a while!

On the old forum the part numbers where listed somewhere from Mcmaster. I had luck at the local ace hardware store too, cheap and they don't leak. |

Here are the sizes you need for any triple, most of us use Stat-O-Seals for the 6mm (pump end). Aluminum M6: 97725A600 $8.65/50 M8: 97725A700 $8.65/50 M10: 97725A750 $9.62/50 Stat-O-Seals M6: 93786A125 $14.80/10 (I tried to retain the original table format but it gets lost when posted)
