Guys, what is the best non-o-ring 530 chain out there? My triples seem to be hard on them. Thanks!

I've had good luck with DID chains Joe.

but a non o ring chain doesn't do more than 3.000 miles on a H2 neither the front and rear sprockets

Dunno, J.P. Modern chains are (apart from lubrication) nearly a non -maintenance item, and a good H2 for example, only makes about 70 HP. I would get more miles than that even way back then - of course, you do have to keep them lubricated!!

D.I.D. 530NZ is a good non-O ring chain for the triples.

Don 't agree when I came back to the triples on later 90s fit at first a 520 or 530 non o ring chain on my H2B and wasn't a bull crap maker but quality brand: the same nightmare (before I fit the very first o ring chain) as on earlies 70s, every 200 250 miles you must fixed it and at 3.000 miles, chain, sprockets were worned, put a 520 o ring and the life changed

I use RK X ring on both the S2A and the Phoenix H2 with excellent results. I tried a 520 Oring and the H2 destroyed it in short order. The chain on the Phoenix has about 7000 hard miles on it and it is starting to show some wear on the sprockets. The S2A has only been adjusted once in the year of abuse it has seen. I'll be checking and probably adjusting it this morning. I don't buy cheap chains especially for the H2 . IMHO they just won't hold up. My 2 cents :D :D :D

my S2A is non o ring chain no trouble as the engine isn't so powerful, my H2s are 520 or 525 o ring (memory you know!) a set up between 2.000 and 2.500 kilomoters, chain sprockets every 25.000 kilometers
