Well guys I have been waiting a long time to start on this project, I was blessed to have picked up this gem from a great board member,  a complete bike except pipes, I think he most likely kept the pipes, LOL  Tore the motor down and not good as the wrist pin clip came loose and did a number on one barrel, welded it up and its all good. This will get the extra TLC as did my H1-A.

Frame is back and chrome is done, Put the rear fender on and started to make some progress.

Are you saying you were able to weld up a gouged cast iron cylinder liner?  J |

J Yep, welded it up and rebored, came out great at .040 over and clean as a whistle, I will take some pics and post as soon as I get them back from the vapor blaster. I will never bead blast again. The dirt and grease comes off with no staining at all.
