Whoops.....inverted on re-assembly???

I have came to the conclusion that I am putting on a nice set of original gauges back on, all the restored gauges look like crap the more I see them, It doesn't matter who did them. The rings don't look right and so on.

Love it, and looks like you know what you`re doing. Especially can`t wait to see those 5 barrels on it.

Well after working on tuning the H2s Im back at the 69, sent the speedo in and he was laughing all the way to the bench, how funny was that. I did the seat and will for sure keep my eye out for a good original seat as the seat cover material just isnt the same as the original :roll:It turned out ok though. The front fender is on and rebuilt the forks. Came across a great set of A and B boxs also.

Yep thats correct, I purchased some NOS tach and speedo covers that are correct for the 71 H1-A, Part #25012-003, I am putting them on my 69-70-71, I cant stand looking at those buggered up bottoms after a rebuild.   They can come off with the rip of the hand, :D

Very nice. Reproduction Decals is stocking the reproduced gauges from Doremi. They look good and Andre says the quality is excellent...unfortunately they seem to be only available in KPH.. :? At $400 for the set...it might be worthwhile. They come with wiring included.
