Yep, welded it up and rebored, came out great at .040 over and clean as a whistle, I will take some pics and post as soon as I get them back from the vapor blaster. I will never bead blast again. :thumbup: The dirt and grease comes off with no staining at all. :D

What rod did you use? All I've been able to get to work on cast iron is stainless or some really expensive special nickel alloy.
