Hi guys,

I haven't been on the forum in quite sometime, but now that its cold and work is slow, I'm diving into the next project!

I'm starting to breakdown an '72 350. In similar fashion as the KH400, I'll strip it all down to the frame, clean all the parts, replace where necessary, and put it all back together. Fun times for sure!

Yesterdays surprise was the horn bracket. It came off pretty easy considering all the rust! But to my surprise, the mounting plate is actually 3 very thin plates. Is this common?

I think it has increased vibration over a solid thick mount and will radiate the sound more???
