I'm not sure if this accidently got mixed up with the H1 parts when it was originally purchased in 2015. It look like a front fender bracket. But it doesn't match the front fender bracket on the current one that's installed.

It is a front fender bracket... not sure what model it fits.
The front fender you have mounted is NOT OEM. The fender and bracket should be chrome.
That may be the reason it differs front what you have mounted.
