Thank you.
Got a stainless pipe welded and formed tonight. This is in 304 annealed, mirror finish, it formed as well as mild steel, and no welds split. I'm learning more about this as I go, and leaving the tricky center pipe until last. That one might have to be formed and then cut and rotated, I'll see. I did not find any mufflers, stingers that suited this well, wrong shape, size, etc, so will make my own as well, I have all the materials for those now.

I love the look of hydro formed pipes, can't wait to see the finished product.

The air box is going to be very nice as well…3d printing has opened up a whole new world!
Great stuff your doing

Didn't get a whole lot done last week because I had to work the Road America race event. Got the pipe fit to the header and the main mount made and tacked on, fit with it's rubber mount. I was considering not running a front pipe mount but I think without that it will work the cylinder-to-pipe seal a lot and wear the O rings out.

Working on the mufflers now. 3" diameter stainless tube, 10.5" long, 1 1/8" inlet, outlet tube. Has CNC ends to save weight and keep the muffler volume up.

Got the second pipe finished. I made both outers the same, as in they are both positioned and mounted the same, the inner is the lower one, which made sense I thought. Trying to mount the center one in the rear is not so simple, will probably end up doing something similar to the stock mount, just lighter.

Got the exhausts finished finally. I was able to use the same chamber shape for all three. I think I could still use a centerstand, if I had one that is, might just make one, simple enough. The bike is close now, have a new rear DID rim and spokes, so will pull the wheel off and bead blast and polish the hub then lace the new rim onto it. My brother had rebuilt the front wheel, but there is a little surface rust on the rim, but it's not bad for now. I bought a stainless case regulator off Jim at lakeland, don't want to cook my new AGM battery, need to fit that still. Put the tires on it. Then it's put two stroke oil in it and bleed that through, gear oil, a light two stroke mix in the fuel and see if it runs.

Great to see you having a go at it yourself and succeeding.
