Thank you for that.
I bought a bronze clutch actuator and installed it tonight. While working on that area I noticed it has a new 16 tooth front sprocket, 1 more than stock. Any opinions on that, good or bad?

A 16T sprocket is fine if you are doing a bit of distance work, touring, etc. and you don't mind just a little clutch slip to pull away from a start. But if you are around town all the time, and traffic- light racing, a 15T is better.

16X47 is a nice gearing for traveling 8-)

Thanks for that. I'm more in town so maybe the 15 T would be better, I'll get it running and see if I can live with it for now.

Rebuilt the grip switch assemblies, I know new ones are available but these were in ok shape. I am considering ditching the head gaskets and running Viton O rings. The squish clearance is about .040" too big, and I did raise the exhaust ports a bit. I saw somewhere on here that this does work, any input there?

What's the exact question? Does a viton o ring work? or? The viton o ring does work by the way, but the groove has to be specially cut, you just can't stick one in the groove that is already there.

I guess that was my question, does a Viton O ring work for head seal, thanks.

Got the clip ons and assemblies mostly sorted out, love that the H2 tank is narrow that it all clears nicely. Had to file the crap out of the RH bar mount to make the master cylinder clear it, it still retains the original thickness so will be fine strength wise.

Went to fit the rear grab bar only to find it does not fit.... I think it's an H1D/E bar, if anyone wants to trade...
Got both wheels test fitted, got the rear LH wheel spacer figured out, fork oil added, rear shocks fitted without the grab bar. Need to fit the tires and put it on the ground and figure out how long the sidestand needs to be (that I don't have).
