Please don't say that I supplied the site cover decals . . . . Because they are the wrong Ones :(

I don't know where he got them. Are they for an H1E?

Doesn't matter, the decals, the bike, and your work are excellent, sir.

I'm with everyone else's comments! Fantastic work. It has to be especially rewarding to look back at the Recip liberation photos and now see the end results! Awesome! On the plating...did you buy a kit system like a Caswell, or did you do a DIY set-up. I've been looking as some YouTube Vids and other sites. One guy stated that he bought about $100 is supplies, etc. to set up his DIY system, which he said was about double what it would've cost to farm it out?
Also, On cleaning up the cases. Vapor Blast, soda or degreaser and a brush? (too clean for the latter, me thinks)
And one more, who'd you have do your Crank? I have mine all packed and ready to ship, but can't seem to find time to go to the bank to get a Cashiers check.
Unless I missed the whole story somehow...I'd love hear it stage by stage. Your work is highly motivating to me!

Thanks for the compliments. I use a Caswell kit and I get very good results. I soda blast my cases and then I massage the finish by hand until I'm happy with it. The crankshaft was sent to Charlie, I've had him do a number of cranks for me and they are great. The end result is definitely determined by the amount of effort put forth, and with this type of stuff the tediousness can make a sane man stop short of correct. I'm glad I'm not sane. ;)

Thank you. The back tire is a Dunlop K87 and the front is a Continental.

Any particular reason not to mount a matched set?

I just bought a Conti twin for my H2 and was disappointed to find out they are now made in Korea.

You can still find Dunlop K87's but I have never come across a Dunlop F6 for the front.
