Sounds fantastic! What do you need to to do a test ride? [or have you?]

@ Ja-Moo and Stev-o: Thanks. A few things missing:

1. I need to be 100% sure that any air trapped in oil pipes is gone
2. Bottom Fork tubes are still leaking through the 2 small drain holes. I'm on the second set of new screws/gaskets. Might need to take the fork apart again
3. Wire to neutral indicator worked loose (an easy fix)

So a very big THANKS to site admins and members for making this site a good as it is

On the air in the lines, did you watch the video I put up? And are you revving the motor while holding the pump cam full open?

Well sort of Ja-Moo, but I'd better watch it again, carefully! I'm somewhat busy on the job these days, not sure I'll get back to you until weekend.

Update:

Ad. 1) Ran the engine, for a somewhat longer time, and also leaned the bike to the right. After that, all three pipes were completely filled up with oil - thanks Ja-Moo ;)
Ad. 2) Still leaking, worse than ever. Need to remove forks, so I can work properly :banghead But the first 2.5 years of work, passed almost without any fuss, so I guess everything will average out normally in the end.
Ad. 3) Fixed

Time for a photo session:
