Upon further research, it looks like those connect to the coils' "+" towards the front, and the stator wiring towards the rear. The reason I didn't even think to check those two parts is that I removed them both in preparation for an H2/H1D ignition transplant. So in place of the points stator wires, the three red wires from the CDI units will instead plug into these, if I am not mistaken.
