These three wires (black, dark green, blue/white) with female bullet receptacles on both ends start near where the 3 brown coil wires exit the main harness (under the tank), and end inside one of the "boots/covers" under the seat just past the battery box. I don't see these on any of the wiring harness diagrams of the various Kawasaki manuals. (There is a dark green wire that connects the turn signal indicator in the tach, to one of the rear indicators, but there's a separate wire/circuit for that). Any ideas?

Upon further research, it looks like those connect to the coils' "+" towards the front, and the stator wiring towards the rear. The reason I didn't even think to check those two parts is that I removed them both in preparation for an H2/H1D ignition transplant. So in place of the points stator wires, the three red wires from the CDI units will instead plug into these, if I am not mistaken. I've attached an image courtesy of one of triplestuff's ebay listings (thank you Danny) showing black, dark green, blue/white) with male bullet ends.
