Yes I did! 290 Loctite.
And if you had gotten around to finishing your "How to install you kickstarter" video, part II,
I might not have forgotten to preload the spring before I put the cover on.
Thanks for the QC moment!
Steve

Been moving slowly for the last few weeks......dirt bike get off.....
Still haven't bored the cylinders but I've been tinkering on some of the lightweight stuff in the mean time.
Foot pegs done.
All the plated parts were bead blasted and then plated using the little Eastwood plater kit.

Yeah I know.....really exciting. But ya gotta do it..
Had a good time with the oil pump and lines.
Took the pump apart to replace all the orings and the seal and found the end plate tab in place
but no longer part of the plate..Tom (12Dot) hooked me up. THANKS!
Got everything back together and the center cylinder banjo fitting at the pump breaks off in my hand while I'm bleeding it. :banghead
So out comes my Suzuki spares box and what do you know! The fittings are exactly the same!
After spending a little time getting what remained of the original one out of the hose the now Kawasaki part was back to normal.

Got the shifter assembly all cleaned up and put back together.

Polishing up the remaining covers.

It's gonna be another slow week for the restore as I've got a race in TN next weekend and will be getting ready for that.(TKO)
