Success!!!
I pulled the baffles and the right exhaust baffle was completely stopped up. I started it up and it blew a bunch of crap out the end. Woo Hoo!!!! :D
I took it for a little spin and besides a stiff clutch pull and spongey front brake it did pretty well. It's probably a little lean since the jetting is stock and I am running a K&N with no snorkel and no baffles.But at least it runs on all three!!!!

Here are some pics of the baffles. Should I just leave these out or clean 'em and put them back in? The one on the bottom is clogged.

The baffles are an important part of the tuned exhaust system. You're have more power with clean baffles than without then.

+1, tried a lot of methods, burning it off by far the easiest.

blow torch, mole grips(vice grips) , wire brush ,then repack with fresh matting and safety wire.
you will be happily surprised at the improvement.
