$55, Very Cool, now a place to fix our dings, a lot cheaper than $310 that the last H2 b/c pipe that sold on EBay. It was near undamaged but still needed rechroming. I need to find a box now.

Curious how much is Browns rechrome? Is there any way to repair pin holes?

H1FR had Ronnie Brown re-chrome some pipes and posted prices above. Pinholes can be easily repaired but I would be concerned about the rest of the pipe. How many more rust pits on the inside are close to becoming pinholes? Harbor Freight has a portable borescope for around $70 I plan to take a look at. Might be best to have pipes cleaned first and take a look inside to make sure not too far gone before proceeding

Thanks 210 I missed that part, something to save for

How do you like his work? I've been checking around and have not found anyone else yet willing to try fixing these.

Wow...impressive results for reasonable prices I think! I'll have to dig out my H2C pipes and evaluate them - possibly send them off for resto. From what I remember, the end of the left side pipe has some rash on it, and the chrome is peeling off of all of them. Maybe they can be salvaged?

Got the pipe back from Browns plate. The chrome came out great. Motor cross pipe repair removed the the dents and scratches. Repaired areas much improved, but wavy. Probably only so much you can do with heat and air. Nice chrome maginifies any waviness.
