For those of you that haven't seen it.......

Seems some massive intake leaks resulted in the first set of pistons being taken out, but she's all fixed up now. Still need a few small things done or changed out but for the most part, she's together and runs, considering what kind of basket case I had to work with. She runs strong and is plenty fast. It isn't perfect by any means, but it's nice enough for now until I get to the small stuff.

Bill, that head......was it meant to have a helicoil in it or was it bored out for a bigger plug? Plug hole has been drilled and rethreaded. :eh:

I tell ya though, since I've been running it around here, I've been stopped and asked about this H2 about a dozen times. I took it over to twiggs bike shop Wednesday and I wasn't away from it for 5m before a group of guys that worked there were circling it. I've even been asked if it was for sale once. Not on your life, sport. they want me to bring it over for open house and it may make another appearance.

If anyone is looking into the k2tek chambers be warned.......hitting deep bumps with the front tire will make the fender hit the center chamber sometimes.

The s3 now has a partner.

That looks great! A lot of work in that project - and another H2 comes back from the dead!!

I had FPP pipes that hit the fender. It was very dangerous under hard braking into a turn - the bike wanted to go straight. I fixed it by grinding the end of the pipe where it contacts the manifold..you can gain an 1/8 to 3/16 this way.
