You can rev it a little. The oil does not "flow", it goes in short spurts. And you didn't need any premix, but hey.......

How long should I give it to start pumping? I only kept it running about 15 seconds.

Hey man. Was just looking at the photos of your build again. Throw a lock washer and nut on the bolt holding the baffles inside the pipes. I had a bolt and lock washer as you do and I still lost a baffle. Just a heads up. Sweet build. Enjoy it.

Great tip about the lock washers on the baffles. Just steppd into the garage and did this and found all three bolts were not particularly tight.
