I'm in S.C. about 65 miles from Myrtle Beach. Any riders of the RZ/RD persuasion in the area? North or South Carolina? I plan on making the Gap meet in 2015.

Hey Simmple, Have you looked at the first post in this section? It is the best forum for the RD/RZ yammies.

And you will have a blast at the meet, if you like 2 strokes at all...... ;)

And the girlie bike thing started a few years ago, just for fun with the guys that like 2 cylinder bikes, girlie and 2 have something in common........

Yes it is kinda an inside joke that started with a couple of board members. I am near Newbern and Jacksonville NC. I do a lot of riding with Buddy at the gap. I have too many bikes and projects but I do have a DS7 yamaha, a couple of 500,s one running one not and a couple of H2's hope to have one running next year. Other assorted four strokes GS's KZ1000 police, CB900, and my old standby a Suzuki 1200 Bandit. Some of the local board members will be going to the Bull City Rumble on labor day weekend, you and Buddy should make it up.

The first time I ever went to the gap was with Voddy. I rode a 72 H2 and he had an Rd350. We were with the VJMC. Sorry rascal hasn't been back since. I've seen pics of his new RZ, I'm jealous.
