Back on the Daytona project. The Yamaha Daytona supplement lists the front tire as 3.25 S18-4PR. I suck at translating these things  . What does this translate into in "modern" terms? Thanks!

110 sounds BIG! I'm thinking 90/90 or 100/90. 100 (mm)= 4 inches, of course! :D

i have daytona rims on my bike. while i run a 110, the 'proper' size is a 100.

Id get a set of BT45's. 100 front, 110 rear. and no, the bike does NOT handle slow.

110/90x18 Bridgstone BT45 rear and 90/90x18 on the front. They are easy to find online. The only issue you may have is that you may need to cut off that hugh side stand extension :D

Yep, I ran these same tires and sizes on my Daytona. In fact, I run BT45s on all my RDs. I could scrape the pegs on my Daytona at the Gap on them. I like them.
