Got new carburetors and the bike runs now. I removed the servo motor and it turns when connected to the battery. Measured potentiometer resistance and Y/L-W/B is a bit high but maybe within tolerance. Y/L-W/R is way too high so it may be a problem there. I have yet to test the control unit. |

Did the test on the YPVS control unit from the service manual and the servo motor did not run. I have now put the servo back on the bike and connected everything and adjusted the pulley wires. It still doesn't cycle when ignition is switched on but servo does move when I rev the engine (battery is connected). New wiring loom is on it's way. |
