got a thinner disc and drilled it for the rd (pretty sure its an xs 400 disc?)

Image

if you note, theres a single disc up front now. went to an 11mm master, single r1 caliper. dropped over 6lbs unsprung up front.

thinner disc in rear dropped a hair over 1lb unsprung weight off wheel. I don't attribute much to the drilling. had to space the rotor a bit since the offset was different

also, changed to an integrated rear master/reservoir. cleaned it up a lot IMHO

yes, it is. I had dual r1 brakes up front and it was really, really good but the unsprung weight had to go. the single is good witht he smaller master for sure, more than i'll need.

thanks, the rear of it was just me being bored. I have a small tokico dual piston front caliper off my Honda grom that would prob be perfect for the rear, will get around to it eventually. :D

Hey, whats the make/source for that integrated master? Would work slick on a couple of projects I'm working on. Thanks.

I am.fortunate to have some seat time on it. It runs and handles as good as it looks....
